These Terms and Conditions explain the rules and guidelines for using our services and website. By accessing or using Save Garage Door, you agree to follow these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities while using our services.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone using Save Garage Door’s services, including our website, mobile app, and web app (together called the “Application”). They cover all the apps, websites, content, products, and services (the “Services”) provided by Save Garage Door. These Terms also govern the online interactions between users offering services (“Service Providers”) and users seeking services (“Customers”) through the Application.
By using the services Save Garage Door offers, users agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below-
The following Terms & Conditions include our Privacy Policy and apply to everyone using the Save Garage Door Application. This includes users who upload videos, share information, send messages (both private and public), post ads, or use any other features or services available through the platform.
By using the Save Garage Door Application, the user understands that the platform is designed to share and distribute information between those offering services (Advertisers) and those seeking them (Service Users). When the user accesses or uses the Services, it means they agree to follow these Terms, creating a legal agreement between the user and Save Garage Door.
Additional terms may apply to specific Services offered by Save Garage Door, such as those related to special events, promotions, or activities. These extra terms will be shared with the user when they apply. They are considered part of the overall Terms for those particular Services. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the additional ones, the extra terms will take priority for that specific Service.
Whenever we mention “User,” it refers to anyone who visits, uses, or takes part in the Save Garage Door platform in any way. If someone creates an account or uses the platform on behalf of a business, they confirm they have the authority to represent that business and agree to these Terms on its behalf.
a. A person will be considered “Eligible” to use the Services provided by Save Garage Door only if they meet both of the following conditions:
i. They are at least 18 years old. ii. They have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws.
b. By using Save Garage Door’s Services, the user confirms and agrees that:
(i) all details provided during registration are correct and truthful,
(ii) the user will keep this information up to date, and
(iii) using the Application and Services does not break any laws or rules that apply.
If the user does not meet these requirements, Save Garage Door may suspend or permanently close the user’s account.
c. If the user lives in an area where there are age restrictions for using services or signing agreements like these Terms, the user must follow those local age rules. Save Garage Door expects all users to comply with their region’s legal age requirements.
a. Users can use the Services in different ways:
(i) by browsing as a guest, (ii) by signing up and creating a “Save Garage Door Account” to become a registered member, or (iii) by logging in through certain third-party social media platforms (like Facebook), known as “Third-Party Accounts.”
Save Garage Door allows users to connect their Save Garage Door Account with these Third-Party Accounts as part of the service features. This can be done in two ways-
· By entering your Third-Party Account login details directly into Save Garage Door’s platform, or
· By giving Save Garage Door permission to access your Third-Party Account, according to the rules and terms set by that third-party service.
b. To set up a Save Garage Door account, the user needs to enter their name and email address on the registration page and choose a password. While creating the account, the user may also share extra details if they wish. These are optional but can help Save Garage Door offer more personalized service.
c. The user confirms that they have the right to share their Third-Party Account login details with Save Garage Door and to give permission for access to that account. This means doing so won’t break any rules set by the third-party platform, won’t require the user to pay extra charges, and won’t place any restrictions on Save Garage Door’s use as allowed under those terms.
d. By allowing Save Garage Door to access a Third-Party Account, the user agrees that Save Garage Door can view, use, and store any information or content from that account (“SNS Content”) as needed. This content will be made available through the user’s Save Garage Door account to support the Services.
e. Unless stated differently in these Terms and Conditions, any SNS content provided will be treated as the user’s own content for all purposes under these Terms.
f. Based on the Third-Party Accounts user links and the privacy settings user has set on those accounts, any personal information user shares there may also be visible on and through the Save Garage Door Account of the user within the Services.
g. Please be aware that if a Third-Party Account or its related service stops working, or if the third-party provider ends our access to that account, then the SNS Content will no longer be accessible through the Save Garage Door Services.
h. We will set up a Save Garage Door Account for the user to use the Services based on the personal details the user gives us or that we receive from a connected Third-Party Account as explained earlier.
i. The user agrees to give true, up-to-date, and complete information when signing up and to keep that information updated. Save Garage Door is not responsible for any false, incomplete, outdated, or wrong details provided by the user.
j. Except for the Registration Data or any other information, the user provides while using the services on the Application (“Allowed Information”), Save Garage Door does not want and the user should not, send any confidential or private information through the Application or in any other way, unless required by law. By agreeing to these Terms, the user understands that any information or materials given to Save Garage Door beyond the Allowed Information will not be treated as confidential or private.
k. Save Garage Door reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable an account of the user and access to the Services immediately if any information provided during registration or later is found to be false, outdated, or incomplete, if the account security of the user is compromised, or for any other fair or reasonable reason.
l. Users are responsible for keeping their password safe and secure. User agrees not to share their password with anyone else and understands they are fully responsible for all actions taken using their Save Garage Door account, whether authorized or not. Users must notify Save Garage Door immediately if they notice any unauthorized use of their account. Accounts cannot be transferred, given, or sold to others. Save Garage Door is not responsible for any losses caused by someone else using the user’s password or account, with or without the permission of the user.
m. It is the responsibility of the user to make sure they download the right version of the app for their device. Save Garage Door is not responsible if the device of the user is not compatible or if the wrong app version is downloaded. Save Garage Door may stop providing the Service and block the use of the app if it detects the user is using an incompatible or unauthorized device.
n. Products and services bought through Save Garage Door are meant for the user’s own use only. The user confirms that these items are not being bought to resell or on behalf of someone else.
a. The Services are a technology platform that allows users of the Application of Save Garage Door Application to book and schedule services with Advertisers through an agreement with Save Garage Door. Unless Save Garage Door agrees otherwise in writing, the Services are provided only for personal, non-business use of the user.
b. When a User sends a service request or asks for a quote from selected Advertisers found in the search results, Save Garage Door will share the details of the User with those Advertisers. The User can also chat directly with these Advertisers using the messaging system of Save Garage Door. Both User and Advertiser can discuss service details, agree on a price, and confirm the deal by digitally accepting it through the chat tool. If either party breaks the agreement, Save Garage Door will assist the affected party based on the information it has, which is limited to the communications made through the chat system of Save Garage Door.
c. Save Garage Door will make a reasonable effort to connect the user with an Advertiser based on the availability of the Advertisers near the location of the user at the time of the request. However, Save Garage Door does not guarantee that the Services will always be available without interruptions, delays, errors, viruses, or other harmful elements, nor does it promise that any issues will be fixed.
d. By using the Service or the Application, you further agree that-
· The user agrees to use the Service or download the Save Garage Door App only for their own personal use and not share, resell, or transfer it to anyone else. Also, the user will not access or use any account that belongs to someone else unless they have been properly authorized to do so.
· The user agrees not to use the Save Garage Door website or services for any illegal activities.
· They also agree not to damage, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or its systems in any manner.
· The user will share any information or documents that Save Garage Door may reasonably ask for when needed.
· The user agrees to use only a permitted network to access Save Garage Door’s services.
· Also, users must understand that when booking a service, whether through messages, the app, or by calling Save Garage Door’s support line, regular charges like SMS, data, or call rates from both their and mobile service providers of Save Garage may apply.
· The user promises to follow all relevant laws and regulations.
e. Save Garage Door has the right to stop providing the service or block access to the app right away if the user doesn’t follow any of the rules mentioned above. Moreover, Save Garage Door will keep a record of the information of the user for service-related purposes, including messages shared through its chat or communication tool. The user must also update Save Garage Door quickly if any of their details change.
f. Save Garage Door or its authorized team may send users updates about services, special offers, and promotions through SMS, email, or app notifications using the contact details provided during registration. If the user no longer wishes to receive these messages, they can easily opt out anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link available in the app.
g. Save Garage Door has the right to handle and share your information whenever needed, and may store or move your data to a secure server in order to provide services as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
h. Save Garage Door may choose to partner or form a joint venture with another company that offers similar services. If this happens, your services may be provided by Save Garage Door alone or together with the new partner, based on the agreed setup. By accepting these terms, you give your full consent to such partnerships. The same terms and conditions will continue to apply to any services offered under this new arrangement.
i. Save Garage Door does not own, operate, or manage the Advertisers or the services they offer. We simply connect users with these service providers. As a result, we do not guarantee that the details shown on our platform are always accurate, complete, or dependable.
j. Save Garage Door’s duties are limited to: (i) making the Services available to users; and (ii) acting as a limited agent for each Advertiser to receive payments from users for their online orders and to help with the delivery of those services.
a. Save Garage Door reserves the right to change or update these User Terms, or any related documents, in whole or in part, whenever needed to comply with laws or for valid business reasons. We may also modify, pause, limit, or stop your access to any part of the Service or App at any time, at our sole discretion.
b. Save Garage Door is not obligated to inform the user directly about any updates to these User Terms. The updated terms will be posted on the Application, and users should regularly check the Application to stay informed about the latest terms. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms from time to time. Save Garage Door may ask the user to agree to the updated terms before continuing to use the Application and Services. If no separate agreement is requested, continuing to use the Application after changes means the user accepts the new terms. Use of the Application and Services is always governed by the most recent version of the User Terms available on the Site at the time of use.
c. User agrees not to remove or change any part of the Services’ content, including legal notices, disclaimers, or proprietary marks like copyright or trademark logos, unless the user owns them or has explicit permission to make changes.
a. Save Garage Door may allow users to share notes, messages, emails, photos, drawings, profiles, opinions, ideas, images, videos, audio files, or other materials on the Site (“User Content”). The user confirms they have all necessary permissions and approvals to share this content and that it follows all rules for User Content. Save Garage Door is not responsible for and does not support or guarantee any User Content.
b. User agrees that while posting Posted Content, the User won’t-
· Publish, share, upload, distribute, or spread any content that is offensive, rude, defamatory, illegal, obscene, indecent, blasphemous, pornographic, slanderous, invades someone’s privacy, hateful, racist, discriminatory, promotes money laundering or gambling, or is otherwise against the law.
· Upload files that include software or other content protected by intellectual property laws, privacy rights, or publicity rights, unless you own these rights or have obtained all necessary permissions.
· Upload files that have viruses, corrupted data, or any harmful software that could harm someone else’s computer or disrupt its functioning.
· Promote or try to sell or buy any products or services for business reasons, unless the Site explicitly permits it or you have an agreement with Save Garage Door allowing it.
· Carry out or share surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
· Download any file shared by another user if you know or should reasonably know that it isn’t allowed to be shared this way.
· Change or remove any author credits, legal notices, or ownership labels that show where software or other materials in an uploaded file came from.
· Do not trick or mislead the receiver about where a message comes from or send any information that is highly offensive or threatening.
· Prevent or stop other users from accessing and enjoying the Site.
· Break any rules or guidelines that apply to specific User Content.
· Gather, copy, save, or collect any information from Save Garage Door without getting written permission from Save Garage Door.
· Collect personal details about others, like email addresses, without their approval.
· Share any content through Save Garage Door that harms the unity, safety, or interests of the United States, affects international relations, disrupts public peace, encourages criminal activity, interferes with investigations, or disrespects any other country.
c. Save Garage Door may choose but is not required, to check, watch over, or delete any content shared by the user. This can be done at any time, for any reason, and without giving prior notice, based on Save Garage Door’s sole judgment.
a. Any content shared by the user remains their own. However, if the user marks their content as searchable, it will be treated as public and not confidential. By submitting such content to Save Garage Door, the user gives Save Garage Door full permission, worldwide and forever, to use, share, copy, change, adapt, show, and distribute it in any format, including for business or money-making purposes. This permission can be passed on to others and does not require any extra approval or payment to the user or anyone else. This permission ends only when the user removes or deletes their content from the platform.
b. The user confirms and guarantees that: (i) they either fully own the content they share or have received the proper rights, permissions, and approvals to allow Save Garage Door to use it as described above; and (ii) nothing in their content or the act of uploading, posting, or sharing it, will break any laws or violate someone else’s privacy, copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights. Save Garage Door’s use of the content, as allowed here, will also not lead to any legal issues with third parties.
c. The user agrees and understands that using the Save Garage Door app may involve technical processes where their shared content could: (i) travel through different networks, and (ii) be adjusted to meet the technical needs of those networks or devices for proper delivery and display.
d. The user understands that any details shared through their content to find a professional, such as one who is legally required to keep client information private, will not be treated as confidential by Save Garage Door.
e. Save Garage Door may share user information, including personal details, if it believes doing so is necessary to: (i) follow a legal request such as a court order or government directive; (ii) reduce potential legal risk in a current or future case; (iii) protect its rights, property, or the rights of others; (iv) make sure these Terms and Conditions are followed, including making sure users pay any required fees; or (v) help stop unlawful actions like fraud.
f. Users can delete their content from the Save Garage Door app whenever they wish. Once removed, the permission granted to Save Garage Door to use that content will automatically come to an end.
As long as the user follows these Terms and Conditions, Save Garage Door gives the user a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to: (i) access and use the app on their personal device only for using the services; and (ii) view any content or information made available through the services strictly for personal and non-commercial use. All other rights not clearly given here remain with Save Garage Door and its partners.
Intellectual Property Rightsa. Save Garage Door (and its licensors, if any) owns all rights, titles, and interests, including all intellectual property rights, related to the website, app, and services. This includes any ideas, suggestions, improvements, feedback, and recommendations shared by users. It also covers all text, images, designs, logos, audio, music, artwork, and software code used on the platform. Any third-party trademarks that appear on the website or app belong to their respective owners. If a user wants to use any third-party intellectual property, they must get direct permission from the rightful owner.
b. These User Terms do not mean a sale or transfer of ownership to the user for the website, app, services, or any intellectual property owned by Save Garage Door. The user is fully responsible for following all laws and for any intellectual property violations that happen because of their use of the services, website, or app.
c. Users can download information that Save Garage Door has made available on the Site, as long as they: (i) keep all ownership notices intact and do not change the information; (ii) use the information only for their own personal, non-commercial use and do not share or post it on other networks or media; and (iii) do not make any extra claims or guarantees about the information.
a. The Services might include or connect to third-party services and content (like ads) that Save Garage Door does not manage. Save Garage Door cannot guarantee that other users will follow these terms and conditions or any other rules. Users accept full responsibility for any problems or damage that may happen because of others not following the rules.
b. Users understand that when clicking on a link that takes them away from the Services, the new website is not managed by Save Garage Door and may have its own rules and privacy policies. Save Garage Door does not support or approve of these third-party sites, and by using such links, users agree that Save Garage Door is not responsible for what happens on those sites. Save Garage Door may choose to disable links to or from these third-party websites, but is not required to do so.
Relationship with Third-Party Providers If the Services is Accessed on Mobile Devices
a. Users understand that Third Party Providers, such as Operating Systems, internet service providers, network carriers, and device makers, are not connected to, affiliated with, or supporting the Services accessed through a mobile device in any way.
b. User and Save Garage Door agree that these Terms and Conditions are made only between user and Save Garage Door, not with any Third-Party Provider. Save Garage Door, not the Third-Party Providers, is fully responsible for the Services and their content as described in these Terms and Conditions.
c. Save Garage Door gives the user a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services only on a mobile device that the user owns or controls, and only as allowed by these Terms and Conditions.
d. User and Save Garage Door agree that they are responsible for handling any complaints or issues the user has about the Services or their use of the Services. This responsibility does not lie with any Third-Party Provider. This includes, but is not limited to, claims that the Services do not meet legal or regulatory standards or claims under consumer protection laws.
e. When using the Services, the user must follow any rules set by Third Party providers. For example, the user needs to make sure their use of the Services doesn’t break any agreements they have for their mobile device or wireless data service.
f. When the user downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Services on a Third-Party Provider’s platform, they must also follow that provider’s terms and conditions.
Payments and Feesa. Signing up with Save Garage Door, creating an account, and browsing available services is free. However, the user understands that using the Services may lead to costs for the services or products received from a provider (“Charges”). Once the user gets services or products through the Service, the user is responsible for paying the provider based on the terms agreed between the user and the provider.
b. Save Garage Door does not currently charge users for transactions made between service users and providers through the app. However, Save Garage Door may decide to start charging fees per transaction or in other ways in the future, at its own discretion. Any changes to this fee policy will take effect 30 days after Save Garage Door posts a notice about the updates on the app.
c. Any fee and payment agreement between Save Garage Door and Advertisers will be governed by the terms set out in a separate contract signed by both parties.
d. User understands and agrees that Save Garage Door only offers a platform connecting the User and the Advertiser. All payments for services or products must be made directly to the Advertiser by the User. Save Garage Door is not responsible for any issues related to the services, goods, or payments. Under no circumstances should the User make any payment directly to Save Garage Door.
Users understand that Save Garage Door only acts as a middleman, offering a platform where Users and Advertisers can connect and agree on services. It is responsibility of the User to figure out and handle their own tax obligations, preferably with help from a tax professional. Save Garage Door does not provide tax advice to either party and is not responsible for any tax-related issues that may arise for Users or Advertisers.
a. Save Garage Door does not promote or recommend any specific Advertiser. While these Terms ask users to share correct information, Save Garage Door does not verify the identity of every user. It is not responsible for any issues or harm that may come from your interactions with others on the platform. However, Save Garage Door may choose, at its own discretion, to perform basic checks to confirm that the listed Advertisers are real and active.
b. By using the Services, the user agrees that if they experience any issues or damages caused by other users or third parties, they can only take legal action against those specific individuals or businesses. The user also agrees not to hold Save Garage Door responsible or seek any legal compensation from Save Garage Door for the actions or mistakes of others.
If a Service User breaks any of the terms, Save Garage Door may, at its sole discretion: (a) restrict the user’s account access, (b) temporarily or permanently disable the user’s account, and/or (c) reduce any status or rewards the user may have earned.
Save Garage Door is not responsible for any delays or failure to meet its obligations under these Terms if the cause is something beyond its control, such as a natural disaster, technical failure, or other unexpected event (a “Force Majeure Event”). In such cases, its responsibilities will be put on hold until the situation is resolved.
a. User agrees to protect and not hold Save Garage Door or its owners, team members, or representatives responsible for any claims, damages, costs, or losses (including legal fees) that arise from: (i) the user’s use of the Services or any products or services received through the platform; (ii) breaking or not following any of these Terms; (iii) Save Garage Door using the content shared by the user; or (iv) the user violating someone else’s rights, including copyrights, property rights, or privacy. This responsibility to cover damages will continue even after the user stops using the platform or the Terms end.
b. If the user has a disagreement with another user, they agree to fully release Save Garage Door and its team, including owners, staff, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, or damages, whether known or unknown, direct or indirect. This release applies to anything related to the user’s use of the platform or any content shared by users.
a. Save Garage Door is not responsible for any harm or loss that may occur from using or being unable to use the app or services. This includes problems caused by using the app incorrectly, internet connection issues, malware or viruses, or if the information or app has been mistaken or is incomplete.
b. Under no circumstances will Save Garage Door be held responsible for any kind of damages, whether direct, indirect, accidental, special, or resulting from any situation. This applies no matter the legal basis, including contract, negligence, or other causes, even if Save Garage Door has been informed that such damages could happen.
c. Moreover, to the maximum extent allowed by law, Save Garage Door’s total liability for anything related to these Terms or the services provided, whether it’s due to a contract, negligence, product issue, or any other reason, will never be more than the total amount the user has actually paid to Save Garage Door.
d. If the law does not allow certain warranties to be excluded or limits on liability to be enforced, then any exclusions or limits on Save Garage Door’s liability will be as minimal as the law allows.
a. User agrees that Save Garage Door has the full right, at its sole discretion, to delete or deactivate the Account of the user, block the email or IP address of the user, cancel the Application, or stop the access of the user to the Application, and remove any User Content without prior notice. This can happen at any time and for any reason, including inactivity or breaking any part of these Terms and Conditions.
b. Users can stop using the Application and end these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without giving a reason, by deactivating their Account.
c. When the Account of the user is terminated, their ability to use the Application ends right away. This includes losing the right to offer or buy Services and to receive any payments or rewards. After termination, the Account will be disabled, and the user may no longer be able to access their account, files, or any other data.
d. Unless the user has already canceled or ended their use of the Services, Save Garage Door will notify the user by email about the termination, which takes effect as soon as the notice is received.
e. When the account ends, all permissions given to the user will stop right away. The user must quickly delete all copies of the data of Save Garage Door or content they have. However, Save Garage Door keeps the right to use any data collected from the use of the Application of the user for its own internal review and record-keeping. Any permissions the user gave Save Garage Door for this purpose will still apply.
a. Save Garage Door may send notifications by posting a general message on the Service or Application, by emailing the registered email address of the user, by sending a text to the registered mobile number of the user, or by mailing a letter to the address on file of the user with Save Garage Door.
b. Users can reach Save Garage Door either by sending an email to its official email address or by mailing a letter through regular postal service.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any law, that part will be considered removed from the Terms. However, the rest of the Terms will remain fully valid and enforceable.
In such a case, both parties agree to replace the removed part with a new provision that is legal, valid, and enforceable, and that closely matches the original intent and purpose of the removed section, as much as possible.
a. The services are offered “as is” and “as available.” Save garage door does not make any promises or warranties, whether express, implied, or required by law, that are not clearly stated in these terms. This includes implied warranties about fitness for a specific purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Save garage door also does not guarantee that the services will be reliable, timely, high-quality, suitable, or always available, nor that they will work without interruptions or errors. Save garage door does not promise the quality, safety, or capability of any third-party providers. User understands and agrees that all risks related to using the services or any service or product requested through them belong to the user, as much as the law allows.
b. User agrees and understands that Save Garage Door can, at its own discretion and without any responsibility, review and remove any User Content that breaks these Terms and Conditions, is offensive, illegal, or could violate the rights of the users, cause harm, or threaten the safety of users or others on the Application.
Users cannot transfer or pass on any rights or responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to do so will not be valid. However, Save Garage Door can transfer or delegate its rights and duties under these Terms freely and does not have to notify the User if it does so.
These terms govern the relationship between Save Garage Door and the User. They do not give any rights or benefits to third parties.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal case or dispute related to this Application must be handled in the courts located in the United States.
a. User agrees that these Terms and Conditions form the full and only agreement between User and Save Garage Door about the Services. They replace any previous agreements or understandings, whether written, spoken, or based on past habits or policies related to these Services. Users may also need to follow extra terms that apply when using or buying certain other Services from Save Garage Door.
b. Save Garage Door can change, update, or end these terms or any extra rules for a Service at any time, with or without a reason, such as to follow new laws or update its Services. Save Garage Door can also stop User’s access to its Services or parts of them whenever it wants, without giving notice. Users should check the terms regularly. Any updates to these terms will be posted on this page, and changes to extra terms will be shown within the specific Service. Changes won’t apply to past actions and will take effect at least fourteen days after posting, except for new features or legal reasons, which will take effect right away. If User disagrees with the new terms, they should stop using that Service.
c. Under no circumstances can the User request or receive cancellation, court orders to stop or limit the Services, or prevent the use of any advertising, materials, or content connected to the Services or shown through them.
